When I look at this picture it makes me think of a little cartoon, or show of a crazy, volcanic, flesh eating disease that causes the consumer of the disease to become overcome with lava blood. The blood then changes the temper of the consumer, making him or her more agitated, mean, and evil. The features of the person will then become lava-like, starting at the most sensitive areas in contact with heat; such as the face. Then it will spread all around the body in a matter of time. The person will be capable of exploding lava from the mouth, chances are that the person will soon stop somewhere and plant down into the ground becoming a new Valcanic Moutain that is active. Thats how the other Valcanos came to part, but now the people that'd become overcome with the disease are old, and those Volcanos are no longer as active as they once were.
